Important information regarding deposits and order cancellations.
Strict No-Refund Policy
Please read this policy very carefully before adding funds to your account or placing any orders. By depositing funds, you automatically agree to these terms.
Deposits & Account Balance
- No Payment Gateway Refunds: No refunds will be made to your original payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it.
- Use of Balance: You must use your deposited balance strictly for purchasing services within the SMM GLOB platform.
- Disputes & Chargebacks: You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account, terminate all future orders, and clear your remaining balance.
Order Placements
- Service Verification: Services, delivery speeds, and rates can change at any time without notice. It is your strict responsibility to read the service description carefully before placing an order.
- Incorrect Links/Private Accounts: Orders placed with incorrect links, invalid formats, or on private social media accounts will not qualify for a refund. Please double-check your link format and ensure the account is public before hitting the order button.
- Simultaneous Orders: Do not place multiple orders for the exact same link concurrently using the same or different services until the first order is completed. We cannot track the correct start/end counts, and no refunds will be provided for such issues.
Failed Orders & Refills
If an order status becomes "Canceled" or "Partial" due to server issues or an invalid link, the corresponding amount for the undelivered portion will automatically be refunded to your Panel Account Balance. We will not process this refund back to your external payment account.
For services that have a "Refill" guarantee, if a drop occurs within the guaranteed period, we will refill the dropped amount. We do not issue cash refunds for dropped followers/likes if a refill is possible.
