Refund Policy

Please read this policy in full before depositing funds or placing any order.

Binding Agreement — Read Before Depositing

By adding funds to your SMM GLOB account, you enter into a binding agreement that those funds are non-refundable to your original payment method under any circumstance. This policy exists because all services are sourced from live third-party providers and costs are incurred immediately upon order placement. By proceeding with a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Refund Policy.

1 Account Balance & Deposits

  • Funds Are Non-Refundable: Once any amount is credited to your SMM GLOB panel balance — regardless of deposit method (card, crypto, mobile banking, or any other gateway) — those funds cannot be reversed, withdrawn, or transferred back to your original payment source. All panel balance is for use within SMM GLOB exclusively.
  • No Exceptions Policy: We do not offer exceptions to this rule based on account inactivity, a change of mind, dissatisfaction with a specific order result, or any other personal reason. Before depositing, ensure you understand the nature of SMM services.
  • Chargeback & Dispute Policy: Filing a payment dispute, chargeback, or "buyer protection" claim with your bank, credit card company, or payment gateway after a successful deposit constitutes a violation of this agreement. Such actions will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account, cancellation of all active orders, and forfeiture of your entire remaining balance. We actively contest all fraudulent chargebacks and reserve the right to pursue recovery through available legal channels.
  • Accidental Deposits: If you deposit an incorrect amount by mistake, the funds will remain in your panel balance. They cannot be refunded, but may be used toward any available service on the platform.

2 Order Cancellations & Partial Credits

Any refund issued through cancellation is credited exclusively to your panel balance — not to your original payment method. The following rules apply:

  • Manual Cancellation Requests: You may attempt to cancel an order that is still in "Pending" or early "Processing" status. If the cancellation is successfully processed before the order completes in our upstream system, you will receive a partial balance credit proportional to the undelivered quantity. This is not guaranteed — orders can complete in the seconds it takes to process a cancellation request, in which case no credit will be issued.
  • Automatic System Cancellations: If our system determines that an order cannot be fulfilled — due to an invalid or deleted link, a private/restricted account, or a service outage — the order will be automatically marked as "Canceled" or "Partial" and the appropriate balance will be credited back to your account.
  • Stuck or Delayed Orders: If an order remains in a processing state for an abnormally long period (typically 10–15 days with no progress), our team will investigate and, if warranted, force-cancel the order and return the applicable balance credit. Delivery delay alone is not grounds for cancellation within the normal estimated timeframe.
  • Completed Orders Are Final: Once an order is marked "Completed" in our system, no cancellation, refund, or balance credit of any kind will be issued, regardless of the perceived result on the social media platform.

3 Refill Policy & Guarantee Terms

Refill eligibility is determined entirely by the service description at the time of purchase. Each service listing clearly states its refill policy. Below is a summary of how refill guarantees work:

  • How to Request a Refill: A "Refill" button will appear in your order history after an order is marked Completed and only while the guarantee period is active. Refills are processed automatically through our upstream provider.
  • Refill Void Conditions: Your refill guarantee is automatically voided if you: (a) place an overlapping or duplicate order for the same link before the original is completed; (b) purchase the same type of engagement for the same link from multiple panels simultaneously; or (c) the account/content is deleted, privatized, or banned after order completion. These actions corrupt delivery count tracking and cannot be remedied.
  • Platform-Initiated Drops: Drops caused by a social media platform's algorithm update, mass account purge, or policy enforcement are outside our control. Refills will be processed where the service guarantee applies, but we cannot guarantee final retention if the platform continues active removal.
  • No Cash Value: Refills represent a re-delivery of the originally purchased quantity. They carry no monetary value and cannot be converted into a balance credit or cash refund under any condition.

4 Dispute Resolution

  • Contact Us First: Before raising any concern with your bank or payment provider, you are required to contact our support team via the Support Ticket System in your dashboard. We commit to reviewing all legitimate concerns in good faith and resolving them where our policy permits.
  • Documentation: When submitting a dispute ticket, include your Order ID, the target link, a screenshot of the current count, and a clear description of the issue. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence cannot be processed.
  • Policy Is Final: This Refund Policy represents the complete and final agreement between you and SMM GLOB regarding refunds. No verbal or written promise made outside of this documented policy — including in support chat — shall override or supersede these terms.
