1 Nature of Services & Acceptance

SMM GLOB is a wholesale Social Media Marketing (SMM) reseller panel. We act as an intermediary, sourcing social engagement services (followers, likes, views, comments, etc.) from upstream providers. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge the following fundamental realities:

• All services sold on this platform involve third-party social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.) that operate independently and are subject to their own constantly evolving rules.
• We do not have any affiliation with, endorsement from, or control over any social media platform. Actions taken by those platforms — including algorithm changes, account purges, or policy enforcement — are entirely beyond our control.
• You accept these services knowing their nature. Purchasing constitutes full acceptance of all associated risks.

2 Delivery Times & Delays

Any "Average Time" or estimated delivery duration displayed on a service listing is based on recent historical data and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a contractual guarantee.

• Delivery times can vary significantly due to server load, upstream provider capacity, global demand spikes, or social platform restrictions.
• A service showing an estimated delivery of "1 Hour" may, under unusual circumstances, take several days. This does not constitute a failure of service or grounds for a refund.
• Some newer or volatile services may not have an estimated time listed. You accept any such service without a delivery time guarantee.
• Orders will not be cancelled or refunded solely on the basis of being slower than the estimated delivery time. See our Refund Policy for rules on orders delayed beyond 10–15 days.

3 Service Drops & Retention Reality

Social media platforms continuously update their systems to identify and remove artificial engagement. Drops in count are an inherent and unavoidable risk of all SMM services.

• Drop-Type Services: Services listed without a refill guarantee will very likely experience count drops. Purchase these services with the clear understanding that counts will decrease over time.
• "Non-Drop" Services: Services labeled "Non-Drop" or "High Retention" are sourced from higher-quality providers and historically show better stability. However, "Non-Drop" does not mean guaranteed permanent retention. If a social platform runs an algorithmic purge, removes bot accounts, or flags the engagement source, counts will fall. This is an action by the platform, not a failure by SMM GLOB.
• Refill-Covered Drops: If your order is covered by an active refill guarantee (as stated in the service description), drops within the guarantee window can be addressed by requesting a refill through your order panel.

4 Refill Guarantee Terms

Refill eligibility is determined solely by the guarantee period stated in the service description at the time of purchase. The following conditions apply to all refills:

• Eligibility: A refill button will appear in your order history after order completion, and only while the guarantee window is active (e.g., 30 days, 60 days). Refill requests submitted after the guarantee period has expired will be rejected.
• Void Conditions: Your refill guarantee is immediately and permanently voided if: (a) you place an overlapping order for the same link before the original completes; (b) you simultaneously purchase the same engagement type for the same link from any other provider or panel; (c) the account, post, or content is made private, deleted, or suspended after order completion.
• No Monetary Value: Refills represent the re-delivery of engagement — they carry no cash value, cannot be converted to balance credit, and do not extend the original guarantee period.
• "Lifetime" Refill Caveat: Services labeled with a "Lifetime" refill guarantee are subject to the continued availability of that service from our upstream provider. If a service is discontinued, the lifetime guarantee terminates accordingly — this is not grounds for a cash refund.

5 User Responsibilities

As a user of SMM GLOB, you are solely responsible for ensuring the following before and during order placement:

• Public Account Requirement: The target social media account or content must be set to "Public" at the time of ordering and must remain public throughout the delivery period. Orders placed for private accounts will fail and no refund will be issued as this is entirely a user error.
• Correct Link Submission: You are solely responsible for providing the exact URL or link in the format specified by the service. Orders placed with incorrect, malformed, or incomplete links will fail and are not eligible for a refund.
• No Overlapping Orders: You must never place multiple active orders for the same link on the same service simultaneously — whether on SMM GLOB or across multiple panels. This corrupts delivery tracking and immediately voids any applicable refill guarantee.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to use SMM GLOB to promote, distribute, or amplify: illegal content, content involving exploitation of minors, graphic violence, content that facilitates terrorism or extremism, or content that fundamentally violates the Terms of Service of the target social platform. Violation of this clause results in immediate account termination without any balance refund.
• API Users: If you access SMM GLOB services via API, you are fully responsible for the orders placed through your API key. All orders originating from your API key are bound by these Terms of Service.

6 Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that the account has engaged in any of the following:

• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in our system.
• Filing a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback against SMM GLOB.
• Abusing the support system with false claims, harassment, or bad-faith dispute requests.
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing API access in ways that violate our API usage guidelines.
• Promoting prohibited content as defined in Section 5.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining panel balance is forfeited and will not be returned. Account terminations are handled at our discretion and are considered final.

7 Limitation of Liability

SMM GLOB provides all services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SMM GLOB expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any suspension, restriction, deletion, or banning of your social media account by any platform as a result of purchasing or using our services.
• Loss of content, including photo deletions, video removals, or post takedowns carried out by any social media platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or reputational damage.
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by upstream provider outages, social platform API changes, or force majeure events.

Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with our services is to stop using the platform. All services are used entirely at your own risk. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to that claim.

8 Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior individual notice. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of SMM GLOB after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SMM GLOB and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
